Day#3-Day#5

Sorry, I am a little behind on posting. Not much happened on Day #3 other than Mechanic Man spray painted the engine of the truck, woo-hoo!! Then on Day #4 we took J#2 for his next set of swim lessons and of course we were running late and we finally run in after the class started and J#2 does not want to get into the pool. So I try and try and he just stands there and cries so daddy had to talk to him and finally got him in the pool, but he cried the whole way through it. Then when the lesson was over he said that he didn't know any of those kids in his class since it was a new class and that is why he didn't want to go in. I am hoping we can get there a little early next week so he can get warmed up. He doesn't like change at all. Then we ran up to the wonderful friendly DPS office because I have to renew my Driver's License. I get there and there is a room FULL of people I go up to the desk and show her my renewal card that was sent in the mail and asked where I needed to go and she asked me if I had my S.S. card and I said no because it said on here that I didn't have to have one if it is on file. She looks me up on the computer and said it wasn't on file. I asked her how that can be I have been renewing my D.L. every time at the same place. She gave me the "Look" like lady your holding up my line. I said to her that I don't carry the card in my wallet anymore because of identity theft and she smirked and said that I will have to come back with it. UGGHHH this is not looking like a good day. So I call MM and tell him to come back and get me, then we all ate lunch and I had an appt. to get my teeth cleaned then we went home and MM went out with the guys and saw Iron Man which he said was good. Day #5, today was my day to go to the Homeschool convention and MM stayed with the boys :) I took three other ladies with me and we had a great time, I sat in on a talk about sibling rivalry which I needed to hear with all the WWF around here. Then we went to lunch together and ate without interruptions and went back to get the curriculum for next school year.
Mechanic Man said everything went fine, and of course I had leftovers in the fridge for lunch and J#3's schedule taped up so he would know what to do. All the children were in tact when I got home and you could tell that J#1 and J#2 picked out their own clothes and J#3 still had his pajamas on, but it was all good they seemed fed and happy.
