Day #1

This morning we were off to a good start, had a healthy breakfast Mechanic Man had his coffee and I was ready for him to get started on some stuff. Then I walk in to find him on the computer...(note to self, the computer desk needs cleaning up)

I told him, "This is no time for that get going while day is young." As you can see he laughed.

Then he got going and started fixing the car. J#2 helped while J#3 supervised. I was doing school with J#1. Then he moved onto my honey-do list..

Here he is changing the battery on the smoke alarm, it is about time the thing has been beeping for a few days now :) Then he fixed the cabinet in the boys bathroom. After that though his ambitions were not so ambitious and he decided to watch a movie.

Here is the cab... I could have taken a picture of the engine that is suspended from our garage ceiling, but I forgot.

Then I got Mechanic Man to get the grill going and cook some BBQ chicken legs and some fresh corn on the cob for dinner....

After a roll of paper towels and some dental floss later we were all full and happy and played a card game together.
Tomorrow is our outing day at the Scarborough Faire.
