The moles are checked.

Yes, you read it right Mechanic Man and I had our moles checked by a Dermatologist today. I had a conversation with a lady at Bunco night and she talked about having Melanoma three years ago, she was in her early 30's. They got it in time, thankfully. But it started me to thinking about my moles and if there could be something wrong with them. When I got home Mechanic Man started talking about getting the mole on his face checked so I set up an appointment and got right in. The doctor was great and she checked me from head, literally parting my hair and everything, to toes. I told her of one on my arm that I was concerned about and she said that it looked fine and I also told her about a red spot that came up when I was pregnant with J#2 and she said that it was called cherry something, I forgot, but that it was nothing. I was relieved to get that done and she suggested since I was the "Snow White" type in other words pale girl that she recommended to use lots of sunscreen and get checked once a year. Then it was Mechanic Man's turn and she looked at the mole on his face and said that it looked fine, but if he wanted it off she could take care of it and so he decided to get it scraped off. Yes, she deadened that puppy and used a razor blade and cut it off. The J-Boys were fascinated! Daddy had to be brave all his boys were watching. He did fine and so we went out of there with one less mole and piece of mind.
