I hope that everyone had a wonderful Easter celebrating the real meaning that Jesus rose from the dead! We had a great service at church with some great stories and baptisms. Then the kids all got to hunt eggs. Here are a few pics...

J#2 getting started.

J#1 was very serious about getting those eggs.

J#3 didn't care much for the whole thing, he had just woke up when I picked him up from the nursery, so he was in no mood. I put an egg up there on his tray and he tossed it out! He was more interested in his bottle.

Here is the J-Boys together in their matching shirts, I love doing that!
For Easter we decided that for us we get the kids one gift a piece, and since they always get to hunt eggs at church and they get plenty of candy we do things a little different. I wrap the gift that we get them and I make up clues to go in the plastic eggs to lead them from one egg to another then at the end the last egg leads them to their gift. Each year they have loved going on the treasure hunt for their gift and now that J#1 reads really well he can read the clue and help his brother read his clues.

Here is J#1 helping his brother with his clue.

Here is J#3 with his present he didn't have to hunt for his, yet. Instead of a toy he got pajamas which he needed. He didn't care it was fun opening it up.
After church a family asked us what we were doing for lunch and we said nothing and they said come on over we are having a big spread. Boy was it ever so much good food, and they had another egg hunt. So needless to say the J-Boys have enough candy to last them until next Easter, but it was all fun and as long as they remember the true meaning then it is O.K.

Here are J#1 and J#2's buckets overflowing, and the containers next to them are cotton candy, thanks Aunt D just what they needed to go with their candy :] The sugar rush has gone down and the boys are in bed, whew. Now for the next several days all I will hear is, "Can I have some candy?"
