Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Come on sing it with me, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, turtles in a half shell TURTLE POWER!!

That song has engulfed my brain. Anyways, we all had fun today for J#1's birthday celebration. I was able to get all the masks cut out. Here is a few pics of the J-Boys in theirs....

Who is that Ninja Baby?

Birthday boy not wearing his at the moment.
J#2 took his own pic... Side story about J#2 he can't handle keeping secrets. Birthday and Christmas is the same with him he is so giddy and wants to know what he is going to get and talks about it non-stop. Even if it is not his presents. Well, he went with me to pick up some of J#1's presents and we got home and J#1 was pre-occupied while we sneaked them in. For DAYS J#2 kept telling me we needed to wrap J#1's presents. Finally, he said, "Mom, we have to wrap those presents because J#1 can't get it out of his mind!" The thing is J#1 never said a word it was J#2 who couldn't get it out of his mind.

After the movie we took over CiCi's pizza and had a great time eating some pizza. There was about 32 kids and adults there.
Here is the cake J#1 picked out. It is a Black Forest Cake. We put the TMNT candy on it.

Then onto present time!!!

Here is my friend G, getting into the Ninja spirit!!

Here is T-Bone who is very serious about his Ninja stuff.

Whew, I am so glad that that is over and everyone had fun and we didn't make too many people mad at the movie theater because we were holding seats so everyone could sit together. Now onto the task of finding a place for the stuff he got and weed out some toys he is willing to let go of.
After naps I was doing some cleaning and J#3 pushes around the laundry basket all the time and I didn't think too much about him doing it then I heard it stop and I gave him a minute and I really didn't hear anything so I went to find him in the kitchen doing this....

That little sneaky was in there getting into the cake. That is a cherry that he is holding. He managed to get the plastic top off and was fixing to really have some fun. Of course, I snapped a pic before getting him down :)

All afternoon was spent playing with all the new stuff.
Happy almost 7 birthday big boy. I'll get weepy on his actual birthday.

COWABUNGA DUDES!!!

Total side note: Does anyone know why sometimes it underlines what I am typing on here?

So very cute, it looks like everyone had fun. When TMNT came out my oldest was young and I wouldn't let him watch it. That didn't last long. I didn't like the Rugrat's either. The kid's still tease me about that one. I thought it gave them idea's.

It was a nice party.
I loved the mask. I wish I would have taken a pic w/all of the kids together wearing their masks.

So cute of lil J#3 w/ the cake. If you would have just waited one more minute or two before checking on him.

Love yall!
