Say It Ain't So....

Well, I just thought I saw the light.......it went out. After J#1's birthday party it has gone down hill ever since. J#1 and J#3 are still coughing and still there is sputum. I know people, but this is what is happening. OH HELP ME!!! I am knee deep in phlegm and I am about to lose it. I am taking some measures at the advice of my friend K.K. I am praying something breaks through and the boys return to normal.

(Insert whiney voice here) I don't want to do this anymore.

It is one thing when your kids are sick then you get through the hump then they are better and you go on. It is totally another to go full circle AGAIN. I am tired.

(Normal voice now) I am O.K. I will get through this. We will all be back to normal soon.

In other news, last night I went to my SIL neighborhood and helped with throwing a "Back To School" party for her community. We served treats and the first 60 kids got a goodie bag full of school supplies. It was a lot of fun and the kids had a great time. These families were so appreciative to get some of the school supplies needed for their kids. There were people from our Community Group at church who were on hand to help. It really is something to get in community with the people around you and love on them. Meeting a need for them is one way to show the love of Jesus.

I had planned to start our homeschooling on Monday, I guess it all depends on how everyone feels. J#2 is so excited to start Kindergarten, he more than likely will start. J#1 might have to wait unless the teacher lets him have a trash can next to him :)

Oh my. It's a very hard and lonely place when your kiddos get well and then your right back in the trenches again! You start to forget what normal was like or if it will ever return again! Hang in there ok?
Your all in our prayers.
