Blueberry muffins....

Oh, blueberry muffin let me count thy ways that I love thee..........I have bounced back, got back on the saddle again, took the deer by the....you get the picture. I am baking again, yes after that unfortunate no-yeast garlic bread stick thing I put my apron back on and delved into making homemade from scratch blueberry muffins. I put them together this morning don't they look appetizing...big hunka blueberry dreaminess. I googled a recipe for blueberry muffins and got a recipe that said "To Die for Blueberry Muffins", and yes they were.

Speaking of hunka dreaminess, here is J#3 in the shirt Aunt D sent him, it says "Lil' Champ" and has a picture of boxing gloves on it. Too cute!!
So the true test around this house is what the J-boys think about the finished product here are some video clips.....



Don't let J#3 fool you he shakes his head "no" to every question you ask him, and the singing voice you hear in background was J#2. I am not sure what that was about. J#2 doesn't give compliments freely as you can tell on his video clip. J#1 knows which side his bread is buttered on. You know one thing about videos is that I don't think I sound like that. Others might hear that and say that is what I sound like, but I don't think so. Anyways, a fleeting thought there. After our wonderful blueberry muffins to kick off our day we had to sub in for Meals On Wheels again and this time I did much better I knew the route a little since the last time and had nothing left over at the end. It is always a blessing to just say "Hi, how are you?" to those folks, it looks like it really brightens their day to have someone talking to them.
