Disney World Day#2 and Day #3..

Blogger is giving me problems, so I had to split up my post scroll down for Day #1.

Day #2 we went to Disney Hollywood Studios....

Here we are at the entrance. Sometimes blogger won't let me type between pics, so the one below is a show similar to the Disney Clubhouse that is on cable. We don't have cable so we didn't know the songs or anything, but the kids loved the show especially J#3.

Here is a pic of Papa and J#3 chillin'.

One of the workers said they would take a pic of all of us.

Here is the moment that changed it all for J#2. He met Mickey Mouse and was not scared of any characters after that. He was so excited. As you can see J#3 didn't cry either, there is something about that Mouse!
After meeting Mickey J#3 had to have his own.
The pic below is of the Star Wars ride J#1 loved it.
This is a pic of the Indiana Jones Stunt Show. They talked about making movie scenes and how things are filmed. There was a lot of explosions and fire. I thought J#3 might get scared, but no he was fascinated. Boys will be boys :)

Because Papa had a bad hip he rented a motorized wheelchair everyday. So that little thing came in handy when there was a show. They would usually sit you down in the front. For the Beauty and the Beast we were on the front row. There was no zooming in on these pics they were that close!!

It was a great show!

One of the rides that you did have to get a fast pass for was Woody's Round-Up. It was a 4-D ride that was like a carnival and you had to shoot all sorts of things for points. It was soooo much fun even for the adults. Afterwards, we say Buzz and Woody. J#2 was fascinated that Woody was taller than Buzz.
J#1 is not in the pic because he was throwing a fit about wanting to ride a ride. So after this pic we went to....

The Tower of Terror, J#1 wanted to ride until we got in there. Of course, the scariest part is the beginning when they make it look like a Twilight Zone episode. He did get on the ride, but told me afterwards that he was not doing that again.

Day #3 we went to the Animal Kingdom.

At this park you had a lot of chances to meet characters.
Here is Flik from Bug's Life.

Below is Chip N' Dale, they were poking each other with the pen after they signed their books. I told J#1 and J#2 that it looked like them fighting.
These were pics of the Tree of Life, it was beautiful.

Again, like some of the other shows were were front and center for the Lion King show.

We all rode a water rapid ride except for Papa and J#3 then we headed over to Mt. Everest and J#1 backed out and didn't want to go so Mechanic Man and Papa went on their own. The ride takes you to the top of that Mountain then you go back down again backwards. They said it was pretty thrilling.

Here is Pluto and Stitch. J#3 wasn't feeling like taking a pic with Pluto as you can see.
We headed over to Camp Minnie-Mickey and caught up with Donald Duck and Goofy.
And of course Minnie, J#2 was a little smitten when she gave kisses and signed his book with hearts and xoxox.
We also went on a Safari Drive which got you up close and personal with some animals. I have never been that close before and the boys were amazed.

Here is the King of the Jungle.
I can't remember what these animals were called, but they were fighting over something.

This giraffe was in the road.

This is not a zoom-in this rhino was eating right by the road. I could have touched him if I wanted he was that close.

Here are some of the characters waving goodbye at the exit.

To be continued.....
