Got Booty?

Today, J#3 has decided he doesn't want his pants or his diaper on. I don't remember my other two doing this, but like I have said before some things are blocked out of memory. I have had to put his pants on him three different times so far. I am wondering if this is a sign he wants big boy pants and go to the potty or he just likes streaking?
