Life has been a little hectic lately. On my last post I wrote about my dad's surgery. He is doing really well. He spent three days in rehab and they said he needed to be the poster child for hip replacements. He had a lot of determination to get his normal routine of life back. He was set to be released this past Friday and we were bringing him back here to stay for a few days. Well, J#1 woke up Friday morning with a fever and saying his stomach hurt. I called my aunt (my mom's sister) and asked her if she could help by going and getting my dad for me. She also offered to have him stay at her house because whatever sickness might run through everyone over here and that is the last thing my dad needed. So we set up the plans for him to be over there and it was a good thing because even though J#1 felt better by Saturday morning. It was J#3's turn then last night J#2. Oh, the joy of multiple children and viruses! Thankfully there is no, how should I put this, bodily fluids that are coming up. Just mainly fever and not feeling good.
For now we have not been much help with Papa, but hopefully he can spend a few days with us by mid-week before he goes home.
